Perfect for sautéing, roasting, frying, and baking.  Our one-ingredient tallow is a healthy alternative to vegetable and seed oils.

 Our beef fat is sourced entirely from the suet (or kidney fat) of cows raised on pastures allowing them to naturally graze on nutrient-rich grasses, which results in a product that is rich in vitamins A, D, E, and K, and omega-3 fatty acids. Free from antibiotics, hormones, and vaccines.
